Together, with the Lawrence Schools Foundation, LEAP will be hosting the the 2008 Follies!


Liberty Hall, once again, will be the backdrop for The Follies. In its 18th year, this unparalleled annual event builds district-wide pride and raises over $25,000 for public education.

Intermission will include the presentation of the Foundation's Educator of the Year as well as the LEAP Luminary and Five-Star Achievement awards.

The Community Education Breakfast

Rise and Shine.... with the Lawrence Schools Foundation and LEAP who will be hosting the the 2008 Community Education Breakfast!

Brian McClendon, inventor of Google Earth, and 1982 LHS graduate will be our 2008 keynote speaker.

The Community Education Breakfast is an opportunity for local businesses and community members to exhibit their unified support for public education by providing much-needed funds to give the children in the Lawrence Public Schools the best education possible.
